Rent is due on the 1st of the month and late on the 5th of the month. You will begin receiving late fees on the 5th of the month.

What's Included

All Utilities will be paid by the resident. Electricity will have to be set up for the unit with the electricity company Southern California Edision. Utilities (Water, Sewer, Gas to heat water, trash and pest control, admin) are sub-metered and billed monthly through Billee. This will be paid through your Resident Portal along your rent installments.

Millennium Santa Monica offers furnished units through CORT furniture. Each unit can be furnished via CORT and can include couch, chair, coffee table, end table, Smart TV, and bar stools per the residents needs. Each bedroom can also include a mattress, headboard with 4 dresser drawers, desk, and desk chair per the residents needs. There will be some variations in the furniture package as selected by the resident via CORT.

Leasing Process

On our website, go to Lease Now and select your favorite floor plan.
You will fill out the application all about YOU. You will have the option to add parking, pets, and any co-applicant(s) or guarantor(s) if needed during this process.

Once the application is completed, the financial and background screening will commence and you will be sent a link from Verifast in order to upload your income documents and perform an ID verification.
If you have added a Co-Applicant or Guarantor, they will be sent separate emails to fill out their own application and perform financial and background screenings.

After Verifast performs the review of your income and financial documents and everything passes, the application will be updated by our leasing team and approved, and you will be sent over a lease agreement for your review and signature.

Yes, there is a $58 application fee per person along with a $200 holding deposit per unit pursuant to the Application Agreement, which are due at the time of application.

Living at Millennium Santa Monica

At Millennium Santa Monica, you will be auto-enrolled in the Liability Program unless you provide and meet the requirements for personal Renter’s Insurance. The Liability Program is only 15 per month. The liability waiver program is not a renter’s insurance policy, and personal property will not be covered. If you choose to provide your own renter’s insurance, you must have at least 100,000 in personal liability coverage and upload your Declaration Page to the Foxen site for verification.

Rent will be paid through the Resident Portal. We accept e-check, credit/debit card, and Money Gram. You can set up a one time payment or monthly recurring payments. There will be a processing fee based on the form of payment that you choose. You may also provide a check, money order, or cashier’s check to the office.

Our utilities are easy to set up! Electricity is set up through our electricity company, Southern California Edison. We use Billee to manage the rest of your utility billing. You will receive a bill each month from Billee with your usage breakdown. This amount will be applied to your account and paid with your monthly charges.

Our partner, Valet Living, will pick up your trash 5 nights a week Sunday through Thursday. Here’s how it works: You will set your provided trash can outside of your day as early as 6:00 PM. Your trash must be bagged, tied and place in a Valet Living trash bin in order for it to be picked up. All boxes must be broken down and placed neatly next to your trash bin. We also have trash chutes available on each floor if you have additional bags of trash.

Millennium’s maintenance team is here to help! If you have any maintenance concerns you may enter a request through your Resident Portal. We have also partnered with Happy Force who will immediately reach out to you for more troubleshooting and details on the maintenance request.

Our after-hours team is here for your maintenance emergencies. Emergencies include:

  • Water leaks or overflowing water from a tub/shower/sink/appliance
  • AC goes out and it is over 85 degrees outside
  • Heater goes out and it is under 55 degrees outside


Apartment lock out:

Please contact our 424-358-4434 and Leo can direct you to the proper team member for your emergency. Any medical emergencies, criminal activity, or fires that take place, contact 9-1-1 immediately before contacting the property. 

All our amenities, except our pool deck, are available 24/7. We understand that noise issues may be a concern during the evening so we ask that you are mindful of our building's quiet hours from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM. The pool deck hours are 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM.

We love our furry residents! We understand your pets are part of your family, which means finding a home that welcomes all of you! Millennium Santa Monica is a pet friendly community, please get in touch with the leasing office if you have any questions about our breed restrictions.

We want all of our residents to enjoy their living experience throughout their time at Millennium Santa Monica. We ask that our residents and their guests follow all Community Policies found in your lease including:

  • No glass containers in or near pools
  • Proper use of amenities or common area spaces
  • No smoking anywhere within the community
  • Pets kept on a leash at all times
  • No misuse of property safety equipment (fire extinguishers, exit signs, etc)

Yes, apartment transfers are possible based on availability. If we have another unit open that meets your needs, we’ll be happy to assist with the transfer process. Please note that a 1000 transfer fee applies for any unit transfer.

You will receive a key fob that doubles as your parking garage opener upon picking up your move in items. This will be used throughout the community including the elevators, parking garages and common areas Simply place the fob on the reader and wait for the light to turn green.

Millennium Santa Monica is a SmartRent community and you will get access to your unit via a code and the SmartRent app. You will also have the option to create guest and delivery codes for elevators.

At Millennium Santa Monica, we offer a package locker system for 24/7 package pick up access. You will register with Parcel Pending with a one-time 20 fee. Delivery drivers will place your package in a locker and an access code will be texted to you. If a package will not fit in the lockers or the lockers are full, the package will be left in the oversized package room which are located next to the lockers.

You will also have a designated mail box where your mail and and any USPS boxes will be placed. The mail room is separate from the package area and located in the B1 level of the garage near the main parking ramp. 

Additional Questions

Security Deposits are based on credit and background screening and range from $700 to 1-month of your base rent. The $200 holding deposit collected at time of application will be applied towards your Security Deposit if your application is approved.

Move-in fees for your unit may include the security deposit, pro-rated first month's rent, next month's rent, one-time parking registration fees per vehicle and any applicable insurance waiver charges.

Late fees are pursuant to your lease agreement and include a late charge of $75 dollars if paying after the 4th of the month. In addition, the property assesses a $25 NSF fee for any returned or bounced payments.

Early terminations are allowed at Millennium Santa Monica per the Buy-Out Agreement included in your lease. The standard brake fee is 1.5 times your base rent.

Parking is available for resident in the B2 level of our underground parking garage and pursuant to the terms of your Parking Addendum. Millennium Santa Monica offers 1 space at no charge per unit and any additional parking needs will be contracted through our third party parking management company, PMC.

Millennium Santa Monica offers paid guest and visitor parking on the B1 level of our garage, free street-parking is also available around the property and in the neighborhood.

Residents are limited to 2 guests per apartment and must have their pool tags with them at all times (if applicable).

Millennium offers 12 through 18-month lease terms. If interested in a shorter or longer lease option, please reach out to the leasing office and we can let you know about the availability. All advertised rates and specials are based on a standard 12-month lease term that is subject to change.

Millennium Santa Monica requires a 30-day notice to vacate pursuant to the notice terms of your lease agreement.
